First, check that the HDMI or VGA cable is firmly connected at both ends. On your laptop, press Windows + P and choose “Duplicate” to project your screen. Restarting both the projector and laptop usually fixes display issues. If you still cannot get a signal, please submit a ticket with your room number and a brief description of the problem.
