Requesting New Classroom Technology
If you need new technology (laptops, projectors, document cameras, etc.), submit a ticket under “Equipment Purchase Request.” Include what you need, how it will support instruction, and urgency. Requests go through a review and approval process.

Submitting a New App for Approval
Teachers must submit new apps or online programs for vetting before using them in class. Provide the app name, website, and how it will be used. Our district reviews all apps for security, privacy, and instructional use before approval.

Understanding the Vetting Process
After submitting an app request, the tech and instructional team review the program for privacy, data safety, and compatibility with our systems. If approved, the app will be added to the district-approved list. This process may take a few weeks depending on complexity.
