Every application below has been reviewed and approved for classroom use. Each entry shows the sites that use it, the grades it serves, and what the program actually does, so staff and families are working from one shared list rather than word of mouth. Anything not on this list has not been approved and should be submitted through the technology department before use.

Why applications become available at different times

At the beginning of each school year, educational software platforms do not all become available simultaneously because they rely on a sequence of events that begins with the district's annual Student Information System (SIS) rollover. Once the rollover is complete, updated teachers, students, schedules, and class rosters must be synchronized to vendors through services such as Clever, after which each vendor performs its own validation, provisioning, licensing, and roster processing. Because every vendor has different synchronization schedules and implementation processes, it is common for some applications to become available immediately while others require several days to one to two weeks after staff return to fully populate classes and student rosters. This staggered implementation is a standard practice throughout K–12 education and helps ensure that teachers and students receive accurate class assignments rather than being provisioned with outdated or incorrect roster information.
